Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup marinara
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Cook in skillet until meat is no longer oink. Cool slightly and add to a mixing bowl. Add the chopped bell pepper, black olives, and marinara.
  2. Stir meat mixture and peppers, olives and marinara together and set aside.
  3. Shred cheese.
  4. On a sheet pan lay out one refrigerated pizza crust. Roll out to fit pan. Make two rows with mozzarella cheese. Scoop meat mixture over cheese.
  5. Carefully spread second pizza crust over meat mixture and pinch ends of crusts together.
  6. Sprinkle top of crust with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning and drizzle a small amount of olive oil over top.
  7. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Serve with remaining marinara.
