Easy Scalloped Potatoes

Creamy, Thinly Sliced, Tender

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 Medium Potatoes, Peeled and Sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese

Directions

  1. Grease an 8×8 pan with butter. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place peeled potatoes and sliced onions, flour, salt, and pepper in pan alternating layers. On last layer add butter.
  3. Heat milk on stove top until hot but not boiling. Pour over potato mixture.
  4. Top with cheese. Cover and bake.
  5. Bake until potatoes are tender. About 50 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake until top browns.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand until sauce thickens.
  8. Enjoy!
