A Timeless Family Favorite

Ingredients

  • 1 Baked Deep Dish Pie Crust
  • 2 Cups Sliced Strawberries, Divided
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
  • 1 Small Box Strawberry Jell-O

Directions

  1. Add 1 cup sliced strawberries to baked pie crust.
  2. Mix water, cornstarch and sugar in pan and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick.
  3. Combine strawberry Jell-O with sugar mixture then add 1 cup strawberries.
  4. Pour sugar mixture over berries in pie crust. Cover and store in refrigerator until set.
  5. Enjoy!
