Low-Carb Pizza



A rectangular homemade pepperoni pizza rests on a baking mat atop a metal baking sheet. The crust is golden brown and covered with melted cheese and evenly spaced pepperoni slices.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Turkey Pepperoni

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except the turkey pepperoni). Spread flat on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Top your cheese mixture crust with turkey pepperoni. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool about 5 minutes before cutting in squares.
