Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 red or orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • salt pepper
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 package Provolone Cheese
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • Parsley, dried or fresh

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. While meat mixture is cooking, cut rolls in half and add the bottom half to a buttered 9×13 casserole dish.
  3. Melt 2 T butter and add 1T garlic powder, set aside. After meat mixture has cooked, pour on top of the rolls that are in the casserole dish.
  4. Add provolone cheese on top of the meat mixture.
  5. Put the tops of your rolls on the cheese.
  6. Brush the butter mixture on top of the rolls and sprinkle with Parsley. Bake in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes or until the provolone cheese has melted and rolls are heated through.
