
Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 red or orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt pepper
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 package Provolone Cheese
- 2 T butter
- 1 T garlic powder
- Parsley, dried or fresh
Directions
- Heat oven to 375.
- While meat mixture is cooking, cut rolls in half and add the bottom half to a buttered 9×13 casserole dish.
- Melt 2 T butter and add 1T garlic powder, set aside. After meat mixture has cooked, pour on top of the rolls that are in the casserole dish.
- Add provolone cheese on top of the meat mixture.
- Put the tops of your rolls on the cheese.
- Brush the butter mixture on top of the rolls and sprinkle with Parsley. Bake in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes or until the provolone cheese has melted and rolls are heated through.
