Shrimp Boil and Come Back Sauce

Ingredients

  • SHRIMP BOIL INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box Zataran’s Crab Boil
  • 3 lbs small red potatoes
  • 6 – 8 small corn on the cob
  • 1 bag large, peeled, deveined shrimp
  • 1 package Beef, Skinless Kielbasa Sausage
  • COME BACK SAUCE INGREDIENTS
  • 1T Garlic
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1T Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1T Worcestershire
  • 1T lemon juice
  • Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. SHRIMP BOIL
  2. Add water to a large stockpot. Add seasoning packet and bring water to a boil. Boil packet for 20 minutes.
  3. Begin adding potatoes. They should cook for 15 minutes before adding corn.
  4. Add corn and allow to cook for a couple minutes before adding sausage.
  5. Continue cooking until potatoes are tender.
  6. Lastly add shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour off water and serve.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
  8. COME BACK SAUCE
  9. Mix all sauce ingredients together and refrigerate 2 – 3 hours before serving. The longer it sets the better it gets. Store in refrigerator. Serve with stir fry, shrimp boil, salads.
