Shrimp Boil and Come Back Sauce
Ingredients
- SHRIMP BOIL INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Zataran’s Crab Boil
- 3 lbs small red potatoes
- 6 – 8 small corn on the cob
- 1 bag large, peeled, deveined shrimp
- 1 package Beef, Skinless Kielbasa Sausage
- COME BACK SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 1T Garlic
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1T Ground Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1T Worcestershire
- 1T lemon juice
- Pepper to Taste
Directions
- SHRIMP BOIL
- Add water to a large stockpot. Add seasoning packet and bring water to a boil. Boil packet for 20 minutes.
- Begin adding potatoes. They should cook for 15 minutes before adding corn.
- Add corn and allow to cook for a couple minutes before adding sausage.
- Continue cooking until potatoes are tender.
- Lastly add shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour off water and serve.
- Serve and enjoy!
- COME BACK SAUCE
- Mix all sauce ingredients together and refrigerate 2 – 3 hours before serving. The longer it sets the better it gets. Store in refrigerator. Serve with stir fry, shrimp boil, salads.
