Spring Fluff Salad

A Sweet Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Block Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Can Pineapple Tidbits (Or Crushed Pineapple)
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 12 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 Cup Pecans, Divided
  • A Few Maraschino Cherries

Directions

  1. Stir the cream cheese until soft.
  2. Add milk, pineapple, lemon juice, marshmallows, cool whip and half a cup of your pecans. Stir well.
  3. Top with a few more marshmallows, some cherries and the rest of the pecans.
  4. Chill before serving.
  5. Yummy!
